Order & Payments

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your favourite piece and add it to your bag. Follow the checkout instructions to enter your delivery details, select an available payment method and complete your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As each order is processed promptly, orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been placed.

If you change your mind after receiving your jewellery, you may request a return in accordance with our Returns Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing Toshani London.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout. Depending on availability, these may include major debit and credit cards and supported digital payment options.

Is my payment information secure?

Payments are processed through the secure payment services supported by our Shopify store. Toshani London does not ask you to share your full card details by email.

I haven't received my order confirmation. What should I do?

Please check your junk or spam folder first. If your confirmation is still missing, contact us with the email address used at checkout and any available payment reference.

Can I use a discount code?

Enter your valid discount code at checkout before completing your purchase. Only one code may be used per order unless the offer states otherwise. Promotional terms and exclusions will be displayed where applicable.
